What if my purchase was damaged during shipping?

I purchase insurance for all items shipped. The customer will be responsible for recovering any money owed by USPS or the shipping company being used. Please carefully read and adhere to the shipping company policies PRIOR TO ACCEPTING AND OPENING A PACKAGE IF YOU THINK IT IS DAMAGED.
